Tomato Yoghurt Salad (Cardamom) May 7, 2011

This creamy salad was served as part of main course in the Cardamom dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 roma tomatoes, cut into quarters or eighths
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup thick yoghurt (Greek style is best)
  • pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
