Although originally slated for 4th July (hence the theme), Pam hosted the American dinner on 11th July.

Entré

Kerri served up a traditional southern-style sticky pork ribs.

Mains

Pam followed with a fantastic chicken jumbalaya (the version based on chicken stock).

Dessert

Laura completed the meal with a dessert of blueberry cobbler, and a selection of unusual American candy.
