Argentina August 31, 2011

Although we had started with the idea of South America, we decided to get specific and have Argentina for a theme. So, on Monday 8th August we visited Jacinta’s new place to try a selection of Argentine food.

Entré

To begin the meal, Pam served us two different types of empanadas with two different sauces (including chimichurri).

Main

Jacinta followed up with a main course of beef and tomato stew, with chimichurri sauce and a side of chipas.

Dessert

For dessert, Andrew served slices of dulce de leche pionono.
