Warm Peach Sundae (Glass) March 17, 2012

Ingredients

  • peaches
  • water
  • sugar
  • panettone
  • ice-cream
  • maple syrup

Method

  1. Stew sliced peaches in water until they are just softened. Remove peaches from liquid. Set aside to cool. Add sugar to stewing liquid and stir over heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to heat gently until liquid is syrupy.
  2. Slice and toast panettone.
  3. Place panettone pieces/slices in serving bowls/large martini glasses. top with peach slices and ice cream. Pour peach syrup and maple syrup over top.
