Colourful June 9, 2012

This Monday 4th June, we had for the first time, someone take on the whole meal. Jacinta both hosted and cooked for the theme of Colourful food. Thanks Jacinta!

Entré

The first colourful dish was a Moroccan carrot salad using purple carrots.

Main

The main dish was Beetroot tarte tatin with pea sorbet.

Dessert

To finish, Jacinta served up a posh marble cake.
