Heston July 4, 2012

This month’s dinner was a celebration of the time-consuming but tasty food of Heston Blumenthal. Kerri hosted the dinner on Monday 2nd July, and cooked the dishes along with Pam. All the dishes came from the Heston Blumenthal at Home cookbook.

Entré

To kick-off, Pam served up some triple-cooked potato chips using Desire potatoes.

Mains

  

Pam and Kerri worked together on a main course of roast chicken with glazed carrots and brussels sprouts with bacon.

Dessert

  

Kerri finished things off with a spectacular cinnamon and vanilla icecream, all the more spectacular because it was made using dry ice. Note also the flavour-switching scent tubes.
