On Monday 6th August, Franca hosted the dinner on the theme of nuts, with savoury dishes from her and sweet dishes from Laura.
Entré
To whet everyone’s appetites, Franca started with a chickpea and roasted nut dip.
Mains
Franca then served up pumpkin ravioli with burnt butter, sage and hazelnut dressing, chicken and pistachio meat patties, and a rocket, walnut and pear salad.
Dessert
To conclude, Laura had created two desserts: a macadamia maple tart and macarons with white chocolate.
