We’ve done it for Heston Blumenthal, so it wasn’t surprising we did it again with another celebrity chef. On Monday 8th October, Laura hosted the dinner with recipes by Jamie Oliver, providing the entrees and mains, and Kerri providing the dessert.

Entré

To begin with, Laura made a couple of tasty dips: a chickpea one and a beetroot one.

Mains

 

Laura followed up with a gorgeous chicken breast in pasty served with a mustard cream sauce, the “world’s best” baked onion and a pancetta, parmesan and poached egg salad. Yes, it was filling!

Dessert 

Kerri ensured we were well and truly stuffed by finishing off with a Bolognese polenta and apple cake.
