On Monday 7th January, Pam hosted a Malaysian dinner (banquet, really), with dishes from both her and Kerri.

The banquet above consists of Rendang Daging (dry fried beef curry) with Sambal Buncis (green bean sambal), Sambal Kelapa (coconut sambal), Telurdada Biasa (family omelet), and Onion Sambal from Kerri (with also sliced cucumber, chopped pineapple, sambal olek and lemon wedges there on the table), as well as a generous Gado Gado with sauce from Pam.

To finish with something sweet, Pam served Kuih Lapis and Nutty Blossom biscuits.

At the end of the night, we all had a little takeaway container of yummy Malaysian food as well!
