Food from TV March 23, 2013

This was no ordinary “TV Dinner”. On Monday 6th March, Andrew hosted the dinner with the theme “Food from TV” and cooked for the evening together with Laura.

Entré

TV Theme - Laura's Entree

Laura began the evening with a deliciously simple-looking entree: mozzarella and roast capsicum salad from Neil Perry on Masterchef. (Although using bocconcini instead of mozzarella.)

Mains

TV Theme - Andrew's Main (2 of 2) TV Theme - Andrew's Main (1 of 2)

For main course, Andrew made Alvin’s Drunken Chicken with Bruised Salad from season two of Masterchef Australia.

Dessert

TV Theme - Laura's Dessert

To finish, Laura served up an amazing dessert: Jake and Elle’s Crusted Pear with Berry Compote from season four of My Kitchen Rules.
