This month, the dinner fell on the very first day of the month! Kerri and Franca took the opportunity to play foody pranks on us: April Fool! Kerri hosted and provided the “savoury” dishes, with Franca providing the “sweet”.

Of course, the savoury dishes didn’t immediately look like savoury dishes! Kerri made meatloaf “cupcakes”, “fruit” salad with hollandaise “custard”, layered potato “torte” with mustard “ice cream”, and carrot, cheese and polenta quiches.

Franca provided a delicious yet suitable conclusion to the meal with her chocolate ravioli and raspberry coulis.
