Vinegar June 8, 2013

I’ve gotten a little behind – so this is actually last month! On Monday 6th May, Pam hosted a dinner with what sounded like an unusual theme: vinegar. Jacinta cooked the savoury dishes and Pam provided the sweet ones.

Mains

Jacinta cooked up a lovely Sticky Balsamic Chicken and served it with Celery Baked in Vinaigrette with Bacon and Shallots.

Dessert

To conclude the meal, Pam provided two desserts: a layered chocolate and raspberry mousse cake and a vinegar pudding with creme anglais.
